Quest 2026

Our current Quest Assessment has been running for all assessments since 1st January 2026.

All facilities will complete a One-Day Assessment, with the option to complete one of our three external accreditations.

NEW!! Quest 2027 - From 1st January 2027

Following feedback from assessors, customers and mystery visitors, we have refreshed and reworded some of the Quest for Facilities questions to make them clearer and more useful.

This new Quest Assessment will be running for all assessments from 1st January 2027.

Quest with Additional Standards

Facilities can still complete the following external accreditations and standards alongside their Quest Assessment, at an extra cost.

These standards must be selected on your application form or within 7 days of us receiving your purchase order number and the purchase order number must cover any standards you have selected.
