A Quest Test Drive is a one-day review of your performance against Quest Best Practice.
It is undertaken by an experienced Quest Assessor and provides an instant indication of a facility's current performance on a number of key criteria.
There are no scores and no pass or fail, with the emphasis on reviewing systems and service delivery, including:
- Tackling Inequalities
- Operational Management
- Managing the Team
- Customer Journey
- Environmental Management
- Compliance Declaration (H&S)
Following the Test Drive each facility will receive a comprehensive report and action plan with recommendations for continuous improvement and key areas for improvement.
The cost is £695 plus VAT per facility.
