On 12 March 2024, we delivered a webinar in partnership with Active Insights called ‘Back to Basics’.

In the webinar, we discussed brand behaviours and the impact this has on the customer experience.
Sharing insight from a range of customer research including Moving Communities, UK Active and Quest assessments, this session applied the data to help shape the customer experience and highlights the impact team members have on creating this.
