We hope your centres are open and customers are happy being back. To help the industry get back on track and to reduce the stress of a Quest Entry or Plus, we are launching Quest Prime, your new Quest Assessment written to support centres over the next 12 months. This will run alongside Quest Entry, Plus and Stretch as an alternative until October 2021. All centres must complete either Prime, Prime Plus, Entry, Plus or Stretch as their next Quest visit, with NO Unannounced Reviews until September 2021.

We are delighted with the positive response we have had so far and would like to invite you to the "Quest Prime Clinic".

Our clinics will be running on the following dates and last for approximately 1 hour:

• Thursday 15th October 2020 - 10.30am
• Tuesday 17th November 2020 - 10.30am
• Wednesday 16th December 2020 - 10.30am

Quest Prime will focus on business recovery, enabling you to demonstrate to your customers and stakeholders that you are Covid-19 secure. We will discuss the core modules and we will welcome questions during the clinic.
