Whilst there’s no doubt displaying the Sport England Quest plaque at the leisure centre doors demonstrates commitment to quality services to visiting customers, for Your Trust’s Director of Operations, Commercial & Wellness and Deputy CEO, Chris Coleman, the continuous improvement scheme is about so much more than showing how their sites measure up against facilities nationally.
From achieving Excellent in the Customer Journey module, to taking on board our feedback and steadily improving the areas that needed strengthening, they are a great example of how Quest is a continual improvement process if you choose it to be. It’s how you choose to look at it - if you’re only doing it for the accreditation, the badge above the door, you’re forgetting the most important part of the process!
