Over the last 12 months, from April 2022 to March 2023, Quest has been carrying out the Quest Foundation Review (QFR) process on facilities within local authorities in England.

The QFR was a free review of a facility’s customer-facing activity, telephone service, website, and social media feeds, to enable them to raise their game when it comes to tackling inequalities.
The initiative provided operators with scored and benchmarked KPIs and insights to reveal how selected customer groups perceive the ways in which an operator interacts with them, to make services more welcoming and to improve participation rates from these groups.
