With over four decades in the leisure industry, Ian has worked across multiple local authorities, charitable trusts and a major commercial enterprise within an independent public school. This breadth of experience provides deep operational insight and a strong understanding of service delivery.
Ian has significant experience in planning and delivering large-scale events. His expertise covers logistics, stakeholder coordination and risk management, ensuring events run safely, profitably and to a consistently high standard.
Alongside his work as a Quest Assessor, Ian serves as a trustee at a small independent prep school, supporting strategic planning and organisational development. He also works as a consultant and trainer for several organisations, providing expert guidance on leisure operations, culture development and staff training.
