Over fifteen years’ experience working as an assessor/mentor undertaking a full variety of assessments including quality management, health and safety, Quest, ISO at a full range of facilities such as leisure centres theatres, camp sites, petting farms, golf courses and marinas.

Extensive knowledge in developing, implementing and reviewing quality and health and safety management systems
A competent mentor and support to personnel working at all levels working within the leisure industry
Specialist knowledge in health and fitness, including GP Referrals, weight management and diabetes.
Interests
As an ex-competitive swimmer who competed at national level, Elaine is a keen swimmer in both swimming pools and open water, swimming two to three times a week
Also, as practicing fitness instructor, Elaine teaches a variety of classes each week, the favourite being a full-on RPM class
And when it’s time to relax, there’s nothing better than going to the theatre for a bit of escapism.
