40 years + experience and passion for working in the leisure industry, mainly within the public and social enterprise/charitable sector.
Juliette became Managing Director of a newly formed Leisure Trust in 2004, establishing Tone Leisure as a progressive and well regarded leisure operator in Somerset and Devon.
Responsible for strategically repositioning Tone Leisure and negotiating a merger with GLL, in 2015 she became a Regional Director, setting up a new region in the South West and Wales.
Experienced in bidding for and mobilising large scale contracts, most notably Cornwall and Cardiff.
Board Director experience with Tone Leisure (Group, Taunton Deane and South Hams), Cornwall County Sports Partnership, and Jubilee Pool Penzance.

Interests
Since retiring in 2019 I have requalified as a swimming teacher and open water swim coach and enjoy teaching both adults and children on a part-time basis.
Juliette thrives on keeping fit and taking on fitness challenges, with particular passion for open water swimming, swim/run and trail running. Swimming around the Isles of Scilly (in a day) has been one of the most iconic experiences.
She has recently become a volunteer for the Cinnamon Trust undertaking some dog walking for the elderly/terminally ill/disabled, and helping people to keep their furry friends for as long as possible.
