I’ve worked in the sector since 1994. As lifeguard, swimming teacher, and several leadership roles.
I was with STA and ASA / Swim England for many years working on programmes such as STAMark and SwimMark.
For the last 3 years I’ve been with GM Active a collaboration of 12 leisure trusts and 99 facilities, leading change and evolution across Greater Manchester and for our sector.
I’ve been Quest assessing for almost 12 months now, I really enjoy meeting new people and visiting new facilities. Aiming to ensure that Quest is a development tool and enjoy helping facilities to achieve accreditation.
