Interests
Clare was always sporty, playing first division football and county basketball into her late 20’s. After hanging up her boots in her 30’s Clare became more engaged with the gym and group exercise classes. Qualifying as a fitness instructor, with a keen interest in junior fitness, Clare completed further training to deliver Les Mills Teen Combat and Group Cycling classes and found a passion for coaching various sports.
With a passion for travel Clare has had some exciting adventures. Her favourite being her trip around Australia in a campervan. Closely followed by swimming with sharks in the Maldives and pigs in the Bahamas. The bucket list is long!
Clare is also a huge DIY fan and loves a good home project, often inspired by Stacey Solomon.
