Types of Assessment

 

Here you can find out about the different types of Quest for Facilities (FM) assessment.

 

Quest

  • All facilities will complete a mystery visit, and can choose between a 1-Day Quest Assessment or 2-Day Quest Plus Assessment, with the following core modules for Day 1:
    • Compliance Declaration
    • Operational Management
    • Environmental Management
    • Managing the Team
    • Customer Journey
    • Tackling Inequalities

 

Quest

  • This includes a mystery visit and a 1-day assessment, and registration lasts for 12 months.
  • The assessment is conducted against the 6 Quest Core Modules
  • The cost is £1295 plus VAT
  • The bandings are either Unsatisfactory, Satisfactory, Good, Very Good or Excellent

 

 

Quest Plus

Quest Plus takes place over 2 years, with an assessment in year 1 and review in year 2.

 

Year 1

  • This includes a mystery visit and a 2 day assessment.
  • The assessment is conducted against the 6 Quest Core Modules on Day 1
  • Day 2 is conducted against "Planning to Improve" and 4 choice modules.
  • The cost is £1635 plus VAT
  • The bandings are Unsatisfactory, Satisfactory, Good, Very Good, Excellent or Outstanding
    • To achieve “Outstanding” the facility must achieve “Excellent” in their Mystery Visit, Day 1 and Day 2 and pass the Compliance Declaration on the day.

 

Year 2

  • This includes a 1 day unannounced review and a full mystery visit
  • The cost is £1295 plus VAT
